Tailoring Terms
Deposit, order approval, changes, fittings, and alterations or remakes for made-to-measure work at Indochino. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies to the deposit.

Who you are ordering from
The tailoring provider is Indochino Apparel Inc., with a showroom at 300–720 Robson Street, Vancouver. Linden Measure is the website brand used to present that service online; it is not a separate company and it builds nothing in its own name.
Order approval
Nothing is cut until you have seen and approved a written specification — fabric, cut and details — and the price that goes with it. Approval happens at the showroom, or through the channel agreed for a remote order.
The deposit
A deposit is confirmed once you approve the specification, securing the order, and goes toward the final price. It is not charged for the first appointment or for measuring.
Fittings
At least one fitting checks the half-built garment, or a first piece from a new measurement profile, against your body; further fittings are scheduled if adjustments are needed. Timelines for fittings are confirmed per order, particularly where a fixed event date applies.
Changes to the order
Requesting a change to fabric or specification after the deposit is confirmed may affect price and timeline; Indochino confirms the impact before proceeding with the change.
Alterations, remakes and any fit guarantee
Minor fit adjustments after the final fitting are handled as alterations, priced separately unless a specific fit-guarantee period applies to your order — Indochino confirms whether one does and what it covers at the time of purchase. Where the finished piece does not match the approved specification, Indochino assesses whether a remake is warranted, as set out on the Alterations and remakes page.
Cancelling an order
Tell Indochino as soon as possible if you need to cancel. How much of a confirmed deposit can be refunded depends on how much work has already gone into the order — fabric already cut cannot be reused, and that is reflected honestly rather than a blanket forfeiture.
Returns
Because each piece is built to your own measurements, a completed made-to-measure order that matches the approved specification is not a stock item and is not returnable for a change of mind. If a finished piece does not match what was approved, that is covered by the alterations and remakes process above, and your statutory rights for faulty work are unaffected by any of this page.
