Ordering shirts from a saved profile
A shirt programme relies on an accurate measurement profile: the first shirt from any new profile is treated as a check, and adjustments found at that stage are applied before further shirts are cut from the same numbers.
Once a profile is confirmed as accurate, repeat shirt orders can be placed without a new in-person appointment, though Indochino may still ask to re-check measurements after significant time or a body change.
Sets are convenient for building a wardrobe in one visit, but each shirt in a set is still an individual made-to-measure order subject to the same approval step.
What is included
- Collar style, cuff, fabric and monogram are chosen at the appointment or from Indochino’s current range.
- Once a first shirt has been fitted and approved, repeat orders can be placed against the same saved measurements.
- Shirts are commonly ordered in small sets; each piece in a set follows the same approval step.
Conditions
- A first shirt from a new measurement profile is checked before further shirts are cut from it.
- If your measurements change, tell the showroom before placing a repeat order from a saved profile.
- Changes to fabric or collar style after the deposit is confirmed may affect price and timeline.
