A deposit is confirmed once you approve the written specification and price for your order, not at the first appointment. It secures the order and goes toward the final price.

Indochino offers a guided self-measurement route for some orders, but a stylist reviews it before it is used to cut a pattern, and a first fitting is still recommended.

An alteration adjusts a broadly correct piece; a remake means the build did not match what was approved and is rebuilt. Indochino assesses which applies in person — see the Alterations and remakes page.

Tell Indochino as soon as possible. How much of a confirmed deposit can be refunded depends on how much work has already gone into your order — see the Tailoring Terms page.
